Yes, you have seen well .. the title shows beaches and not beach because there are two: Playa Troya I and Playa Troya II.
They are both located in the province of Adeje (las Americas) and are located one in front of the Hotel Palm Beach and the other in front of the Hesperia Troya hotel, so they are practically close to each other, in fact there is not a clear distinction between both, you can very well take a walk on the sand starting from one to reach the other.
The beaches, which boast the quality of the Blue Flag, are of fine volcanic sand and the sea, more often, is quiet so an ideal place to spend the day with the whole family and, why not, also do some water sports like snorkeling, diving, rent a jet ski etc …
Both offer a service charge of hammocks, umbrellas and deck chairs and there are always lifeguards to monitor it. Don’t underestimate even a safe-deposit box where you can lock up your belongings and enjoy the sun without the worry that someone should be watching your things.
On the seafront you can find supermarkets, bars and restaurants where you can grab a bite or have a drink looking at the sea or if you are tired of being to bask in the sun, an excellent solution is shopping.
Reachable by car, it will take a while to find parking as one of the most touristic areas of the island, by bus or taxi.
The total length of both beaches is 650 meters, while the width is 20 meters. There is also the possibility of access to disabled people and nearby you will find the tourist office to be able to ask any information concerning this beautiful island.
You should go early in the morning to find a place because they are always full until late in the evening. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit them at least once.
Good beach!
