MADE OF GOAT MEAT
Very tasty goat meat with influences of very strong flavors of South American origins from which the Canary Islands have suffered a strong immigration.
1 kg of goat meat preferably in one piece
1 or 2 red peppers
1 glass of strong red wine
salt, cumin, thyme and water
raisins, almonds, peppers and carrots in quantity according to personal tastes
Brown the onion in olive oil, chop the meat and brown it, then add the wine and the other ingredients (chopped peppers and carrots into small pieces), cook for at least 20 minutes, pour into a pot, cover with water and cook. over low heat for at least an hour and a half. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
