ZUCCHINI CREAM
It is a simple vegetable cream, prepared with zucchini and potatoes, cooked over low heat with olive oil, it is an easy dish to prepare and cheap.
Let’s see all the steps together …
Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini
200 ml. of water
100 ml. of milk cream
30 ml. of oil
1 chicken nut
1 big potato
1 onion
half a leek
Wash and cut the zucchini, potato, onion and diced leek. In a saucepan create the sauté with oil, onion and leek, add the potato and zucchini and stir for about 5 minutes until the zucchini get a little ‘color, put the water and the nut and cook for 20 minutes. Withdraw from the heat and pass it all in the blender until you have a smooth mixture, add the cream of milk and (if desired) sprinkle with ground pepper. Yummy.
