Parque Marítimo César Manrique
The posthumous work of the famous Lanzarote artist César Manrique, the Parque Marítimo César Manrique in Santa Cruz de Tenerife was inaugurated in 1995, becoming a symbol of the capital as part of the landscape of the city.
Its integration into the city center and its proximity and permanent contact with the sea make it a space of unique beauty, while being accessible and close.
Easily accessible by both bus and car (there is ample parking), the Parque Marítimo César Manrique is a 22,000 m2 complex located on the south coast of the capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with an unparalleled view of the Auditorium of Tenerife, designed by Santiago Calatrava, on the Palmetum botanical garden and the sea.
Natural elements such as volcanic rocks, palm trees and ornamental plants were used for its design along with salt water cascades.
In addition to its 3 saltwater swimming pools, it has restaurant services, shops, changing rooms, game rooms, showers and a gym, as well as hammock and umbrella rental services.
In the park they are structured to accommodate all people with reduced mobility.
