A botanical and zoological park with 75,000 square meters of real tropical jungle, yes, there is so much foliage that you will feel like you aren’t staying in Tenerife: this is Jungle Park.
Just a few minutes from Los Cristianos, Jungle Park is famous for its variety of animals and flora and fauna, you will walk among waterfalls, caves, tunnels, lakes and bridges and is the ideal place to spend a day in the company of all the family.
You will meet tigers, leopards and pumas, as well as other species such as crocodiles, orangutans, gibbons, penguins, reptiles and many others. But the real star of the park is the white lion, one of the few existing specimens in the world, a native of South Africa that unfortunately risks extinction. In addition, the shows of various animals, from birds of prey to sea lions, bring an additional value to this colorful and fun park.

“In Jungle Park we are aware that as a zoo, we must assume before society a role that transcends that of a mere leisure park to carry out pedagogical and educational work. The fragile natural heritage of our planet and the future of biodiversity are seriously compromised and require an effort on the part of all those actors who have in their power to reverse this trend.
We have an excellent team in the Educational Department whose activity is mainly aimed at children of school age, as they are not only part of it, but they will direct it in the immediate future. Our goal is to educate to know, know to love and love to respect the natural heritage. (Cit. Jungle Park)”.
You just have to go and visit it, surely it will be an unforgettable day! If you were without a car, do not worry because it is easily accessible by bus and free shuttles made available to all visitors.
