If you choose relaxation, our advice is to stay downtown, in Los Cristianos or Las Americas, so you have everything at your fingertips, without having to take any means.
You will have bars and restaurants, beaches and excursions, walks along the promenade and shopping centers to do some shopping and, why not, bring a gift to your friends.

You could choose a quiet area, not only far from the chaos but also at a more competitive price than in the center, there is a big difference if you move away from the tourist villages, such as Alcalà, Puerto de Santiago, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraiso and Adeje Pueblo.
In some of these places, if you book a few months in advance, you can even find a sea view hotel/apartment.
