Grilled cheese with mojo verde or rojo
Canary cheeses, mainly of goat’s milk, are rather tasty and creamy. One of the most traditional ways to enjoy them is to grill them on the plate or “pass” them in the oven, spreading them with green or red mojo.
Cut the slices of cheese into triangles, placing them in a circle on the oven plate or on a metal plate, cover them with a teaspoon of green or red mojo and after having brought the temperature to 180 °, bake them for about 8 minutes and serve them very hot!
